Gratitude is saying to the universe: “yes please, I want more of that” and inviting in the things that bring you joy
The practice started in 2019, in a small book I self-published and released to my clients. But even I can admit it was just an idea then, lacking depth and the richness of time and thought.
After a few years now, this has evolved beyond journalling into a small subset of practices I reserve for when I want to shift gears from suffering into healing and thriving.
