Yoga 1-2-1




If you have ever wanted to feel more embodied, connected, centred or grounded this is the session for you.

Yoga can take many forms:

  • in breath
  • in meditation
  • in mantra
  • in contemplation
  • in posture
  • in unstructured movement

I use all these tools and more to guide you into your most present and embodied self.

The different aspects of a yogic practice are all ways to open the energy channels of the body and release stuckness. This freedom of movement results in a healthier body, a happier mind and less dis-ease.

This can be used to help with a myriad of personal goals and issues including:

  • better sleep
  • better mental health
  • recovery from injury or illness
  • resilience in times of stress
  • feeling present and happy in body
  • strengthening muscles
  • improving focus

…and much more. Yoga is also a tool that is very effective when finding safety in the body after a traumatic injury. This has been my personal experience when returning home to myself, and I can’t wait to share that with you.

You will be given a short health questionnaire prior to your first session. It is very important to return this, along with any extra notes on injuries or important considerations.
